Being able to capture nature's beauty in a painting and share it with others is something I enjoy immensely.
My art reflects nature as seen through the eyes of a realist with just enough "magic" to make it stand apart. I love to discover faces in old, gnarled wood, storm clouds and the changing colors they create on the ground, dramatic cloud formations that paint the skies of beautiful Colorado, to brighten a cold winter day with the promise of spring and its colorful flowers and all kinds of birds and critters who go about their daily lives.
I specialize in oils which allows me to capture the true essence of my subjects.
